President: Angelina Cummins
Prior to earning her J.D., Ms. Cummins worked extensively in the Court system since 1996 as a court clerk. During that time, she worked for Judge Joan Young and Judge Linda Hallmark, two family law Judges who helped create the Oakland County family law bench in 1998. Since that time, Ms. Cummins has worked as a Judicial Attorney for then presiding Judge Kathleen M. McCarthy in Wayne County, as well as a private practitioner. Ms. Cummins concentrates her practice in all areas of domestic relations and all matters which impact families. She serves as a court appointed guardian ad litem and parenting time coordinator, when necessary, in complex parenting time and custody matters in contentious litigation. She has also been appointed as guardian ad litem by the probate court in guardianships and conservatorships for children and adults. Ms. Cummins is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Family Law Section; the Oakland County Bar Association, and is a board member of the Wayne County Family Law Bar Association. Ms. Cummins received her B.S. from Madonna University, and her J.D. from Western Michigan Cooley Law School.

Sean has been a member of the bar since 2003. He began his legal career working for Wayne State Law School’s Development Office and from there transitioned into managing grant programs. Sean then spent the next four years working at the Lincoln Hall of Justice in Detroit, being appointed as counsel for juveniles who were charged with crimes and being appointed as attorney for kids whose parents were dealing with neglect and abuse cases (L-GAL). Since 2007, Sean has been in private practice as founder of Blume Law Group, PLLC. His practice focuses on complex family law litigation, and includes juvenile law, probate law, and adoption matters. His practice has grown to encompass not only work in Wayne County, but also work in the surrounding counties of Macomb, Oakland, and St. Clair. Sean has served as a member of the State Bar of Member Family Law Council for the past 9 years and has served as both president and treasurer of the Macomb County Bar Foundation.
Treasurer: Symantha Heath

Symantha Heath is a Partner at Elkouri Heath PLC. Symantha earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit Law School in 1993 and is licensed to practice in Michigan and U.S. Federal Court. She is a member of the Michigan State Bar Association, Oakland County Bar Association, Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, and Wayne County Family Law Bar Association.
Symantha is a past president of the Wayne County Family Bar Association and was an executive board member for six years. She is also a past County Chairwoman of the WCRC and the Northville Township Trustee. She currently serves on the Northville Township Zoning Board of Appeals.

Kelsey Marie Minor grew up in Traverse City, Michigan. While in law school, she volunteered at the Legal Assistance Center where she helped pro se litigants with family law matters, landlord tenant cases and collection actions. She volunteers at the Wayne County Child Support Clinic. Kelsey has been an attorney at Caplan & Associates P.C. since March 2020. She has a passion for advocating for the rights of her clients and understands the emotional impact that divorce can have on families. She is a member of Women Lawyers Association of Michigan and the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. In her free time, she volunteers at the Michigan Humane Society, Jewish Family Services, Jewish Hospice and Chaplaincy Network and enjoys traveling, staying active and spending time with family and friends.
